I started this zine in 1989 so I could stay in touch with friends during my stint as an AVA (think Aussie Peace Corps) in North-West Pakistan. Ever since it's been a mix of travel accounts, fanhistory and family interest.
To confuse cataloguers, the cover of every other issue has emulated a different pro magazine, but the title has always been just Mumblings from Munchkinland.
