Several years ago, Chicon 7 Fan Guest of Honor Peggy Rae Sapienza had the idea that Worldcon members should get a special edition of the daily newsletter on Sunday morning—the Sunday Funnies. Not the regular Sunday funnies with Snoopy and Dagwood, but the Sunday funnies created by fan artists.

With Peggy Rae as Guest of Honor and with Chicon 7 under one roof, 2012 seemed like the perfect year to make Peggy Rae's vision a reality. Chicon 7 presents The Sunday Funnies!
